EGG Muffin Bakes- Any combination works!

  • 12 eggs
  • peppers
  • mushrooms
  • onion
  • bacon
  • hash browns
  • scallions
  • Jalapenos
  • ham
  • turkey

Combine any of these and place in the muffin cup. Spray the pan well so they don’t stick.

Cook at 350 for 20 minutes or until muffins have a light golden edge.

Let cool and store in fridge. I use wax paper in between so they don’t stick together.

These are perfect for on the run breakfast with fruit or a snack! I like to grab two of these with my oatnut pancakes in the morning with berries and I feel like I’m cheating my healthy diet! But I’m not. It’s clean and gluten free!
